Gave my little 440 some exercise on a live cedar about 10" diameter that got blown over yesterday. For a 40cc clamshell that thing really rips! The 16" Husky X Force bar and Oregon 20BPX chain are just perfect for it. Towards the end, the muffler bolts came loose enough to add a little crackle and rattle to the exhaust. I always anti-seize the muffler hardware as soon as I get a saw. Any way to keep them from loosening? Or, just retighten every so often?

My first saw in 1985. Still runs good but doesn't look as good as yours. Starter cover badge got lost years ago.

Adjusting the tension on the mill is a pain in the axhole, I’d love for something to work. Think it would need to be custom though.
