I agree completely. Thats why I have 4 of them! With minimal work they really are a great performer.

Yeah, its really annoying how so many reviewers are going "OMG! Itz the same weight as 550xp and or ms400.1!!!" Its the same goddamn weight as 562xp. Nowhere near 550 or 400.1 or if its then 500i is the same weight too. I dont know if husqvarna has *f-worded up kg to lbs conversion on their international sites or what.

I’ve never seen anywhere Husky saying it’s the same weight as a 550! They say it’s similar in size and handles like a 550 nothing about it weighing. You guys are so busy ripping on this saw that most have never even had in their hands it’s pathetic. If you don’t like it don’t buy the dam thing! Both these threads have turned into a *b-word fest about how over rated it is. It very well could be but 90% of you haven’t even seen one yet and have a formed an opinion based on hear say from the internet! All you guys crowing about weight really need to run a saw more than at a GTG. A lot more to a saw than what it says hanging from a scale! It may be great or it may be a complete pos but at least run one before getting all wound up because it might be better than something else!

I don't understand the hate towards it, I wish people had read the specs, had measured some crank widths 560, 357, 346, 550, 262, it would have given some aha feeling.

All modern 5xx 50-60cc class are slim, a 560 crank is not wider than a 550 crank, that part is actually very impressive from Husqvarna.

So that a 564 is the same size as a 550 +/- a few mm, is impressive, but not abnormal.

I bought it mainly because I didn't buy the 562mk2, and antivib specs were the key factor for me.

Sure does! Also I think the most i have paid for a 359 is $300. But that one was like new. I can usually find them in excellent shape for $150 so let's not hype them up to much. Lol

the problem is exactly the people who have had hands on it trying to make it seem like its competing weight wise with much lighter saws. If calling out misinformation is hate in your eyes you might want to re-evaluate your own position on the hater/fanboy spectrum. Yes i've had hands on it and its very slim and ergonomic as is 562 also, so no ground braking development there either. Huskys anti vib has always been better than stihls so, again nothing new. Im sure it will cut good and i will be buying it once the prices drop. right now it ridiculously expensive in here at least. almost 400euros more than what i paid for 400.1 at launch.
