I'd rather support a good person long distance than give any of the Stihlerships near me money. Which is sad because I have a friend who works at the regional distributor and gets bonuses based on how well they are doing. I don't think the little bit of money I spend really matters though. I have quite the supply of used RS from my friends tree service and the saws I use most are dolkitas.

I can’t believe a consumable wouldn’t be. We can buy the oils and stuff tax free but I’ve not tried to get chain as my tax ID is for agriculture.

I have two tax ID’s one is AG as well but consumables is taxable under Washington sales tax such as oils etc.

Damn that sucks. We can buy oil for tractors and stuff tax free still. I can’t get saws and stuff tax free or I’d been buying new more often.
