I was cheaper for the town to have fine mulch left on site & have front loader spred over decades of compost? Makes for a bad surface for my van.

I ran Kenneth's before he did. Matt and I tested it and gave the thumbs up for Kenneth to purchase it. It was a runner.

I don't have a problem with Echos.
