I'm used to coming in from the woods and strip off my clothes, burn them, and jump in the shower, not to clean the dirt and sweat off, but to finish getting rid of the ticks.

Deet is your best friend down here.

I've done some canoe trips on the Current River. That was tick free lol. And have fun cutting.

I was going to try deet ,but I read some about it and decided to take my chances with off and the ticks.

I've used both and had great results. No problems at all and nary a tick.
Now to figure out what to do with this third appendage I seem to have grown.

94º here with 106º heat index (and rising) and 50% humidity. I was loading the truck for Wappapelo and am soaked with sweat from doing next to nothing.
