And, morning midlanders!
Getting showers here.
Going back to bed. The ibuprofen kicked in.
Something like this would be a fit for you. [emoji11]Hey everybody. Looking for something for my granddaughters. A gocart. Something cheap. Broken/doesnt run/needs engine, whatever. My son and I can repair it. Daughter was reminiscing about the one I got for her and the boys when they were young and how much fun they had. Tore up the back yard, but they had fun. If you've got something, shoot me a pm. Hopefully not too far away.![]()
Yep, they'd definitely like that one. Trouble is, so would I.Something like this would be a fit for you. [emoji11]

Friend of mine mounted a 650 triumph on a kart. First time he punched the throttle it flipped over. He spent a while in the hospital. Just sayinSomething like this would be a fit for you. [emoji11]

If I had a cart like that when a kid..............................................
probably would not be typing this.
I went out, looked at the saws, and closed the shed. I have another infection in my chest, and some nervous issues.
I am thankful for the times I feel good.
better days are to come
As I was putting the PTO side w/crank into the flywheel side, a dowel pin fell on the floor. Tried to pick it up bare fingers but it was still at 250 ish degrees. Dropped it and it skittered under the refrigerator.![]()
Stuck the flywheel side back in the oven while I moved the ice box to retrieve the pin.
Reposition the pin and carefully with my large hammer assembled the crankcase.
Without the gasket!![]()

Quick knocked it back apart and positioned the gasket.
Fortunately, the crankshaft was still cool enuff for final assembly. At the urging of my BFH.![]()
