Hey everybody. Anybody interested in a generator? Cheap?
Older Generac 5000 watt, 7000 surge.
120/240 volt and it actually runs and works. 10 hp Briggs overhead valve engine. $200. Need to fund some repairs to Bumblebee. I've got 3 generators, so this one can go.
If interested, PM me.

No. Just figured it was time to get the square grinder.
I would rather use the simmington than an oregon round grinder.
They're that simple.

I can square grind a chain faster than round grind it seems now, the only thing I use the round grinder for is semi chisel and rakers

Just ordered some blue M99 wheels from Madsen's. Bit of sticker shock. Twice the price of the salmon M47 wheels.
They make nice cutters, but you may not like them as much for what you do Doug.
They quit grinding and start rubbing quicker than the gray or salmon. At least it seemed that way Saturday. Had to re dress a few times. They don't like dirty chain or oil.
But hold a nice corner.

Good to know. Thought I would try something new. Liked the look of your pictures. Sharp corners and a polished look. Not grainy. I have only used salmon so far.

The gray wheels work good on work chain, they are a lot more forgiving with dirty oily chains
