Squish is now .021 and transfers are worked over some also ports are beveled thanks to @awol I had a great time today. Thanks for teaching me and helping me! And for the food!
People get them all sorts of wrong. First they oil the friction washers which is exactly what NOT to do. Next they bend on the fingers and that don't work.
Clean, dry washers, end of fingers sharpened 45 degrees but not shortened just narrowed. Max pressure from the spring! Prick punch the inside of the cup every 1/16"-3/32".
