Cleaned up the Countervibe this evening. Put some fresh gas in it and got it going. Runs nice, too. I see a muffler mod for it though. Need to find some new mounts for it too.

After looking at them online, I might accidentally have some out in the shop. That means digging through "the pile". :(

And, the oil control, idle speed and mixture screws are out in front of god and everbody. User friendly they are.

Still haven't figured out the "Driver Dip". Do you use foaming or non foaming?

Had a couple orphans traded to me for an emergency re-ring on a 390 Asian . It ate the piston pin clip on the PTO side. The guy he had sold it to said it went from running great to won't start all of a sudden like...more like it went from 145 psi to 80 psi instantly!

I was able to save the piston and the cylinder with some TLC . both look like they will be good runners.

Only ordered the ms660 kit. Bought some Bluetooth headphones for work and going to order and few OEM bearings,tensioner, and 1184 gasket maker with the rest. Going to build it with no base gasket if the cylinder allows.

I got tabby's little car running again,
It had the water pump leaking,
Someone had botched a timing belt
Job the belt was so loose taking the
Cam sprocket loose the belt jumped
A tooth ! :eek::eek:
I put a new timing belt, tentioner,
Idler, water pump, and temperature
Sender in her. I put 60 miles on it
Tonight. I did it in the shop in McCune.
I owe my buddy some labor now
But it's nice to work inside on concrete :)
