Sickness, it is. Wanted to get the lawn mowed today but the rain had other ideas. Friend called and said a few were being caught so I went over for a bit this evening.

Scrolled UP (Bottom scrolling upwards) on your pic and stopped part way. I First thought a very pale hand like a marble sculpture was holding something. Then I started thinking there was something FISHY going on. Then I got the WHOLE picture.
We had rain this morning and mid 40s'.

We just buried my neighbor to the north yesterday..
Same situation, just not that young.

Dad found a few about a week ago. I used to find some in my yard in the past. Fried crappie, hot rolls and morels are a nice meal.

This is my 4th experience with it, my best friend, my former FIL, a cousin & now a nephew.

Just praying my middle brother doesn’t turn his back on Christ, like I did after my best friend passed.

I have been there & it’s a rough road.

Looks like more rain moving in, dumped .70” from yesterday.
