I heard the youngest grandson at midnight but then I crashed. I haven’t heard any stirrings since then.

Well, I did hear a simulated chainsaw beside me for a good portion of the night.

Hopefully it's not like the 390 in the'75, it had been one that used less than 1/2 half qt. during a 3k oil change intervals. And then within 2 tanks of fuel it started drinking 3qts. a fillup, and would show very low oil pressure after a short while.

Crank didn't need work, and there was enuf room to do the remainder of thr rebuild in the truck.

Fingers crossed. It’s a 1990 with a 460 with about 130k. It’s not shifting in to fourth gear either. If the engine is damaged, it may not be worth fixing. Good morning y’all
