Rise and shine, 41° right now with a high of almost 60. Bit shorter day in the brown truck yesterday means that I came home and put lower ball joints in my nephews truck last night. It's nice having the power in the shop for extra light now.

@JimBear (or anybody else who knows how to drag a plow).
Is Sam doing anything right in this video?

The front end loader doesn't help for rear end weight/traction. Needs to get the right rear tire in the dead furrow , Can't tell if he has any colters on it. Rear tires being wide are not an advantage. Slow down. Adjust the tug arms so the frogs and plow lathes are level front to back and side to side when they are sunk in the dirt and that way the draft will transfer weight to the back tires.
If it is his tractor and dirt find some one to show how is done or watch a video on UTube.
AT LEAST HE AIN'T TRYING TO PUSH IT.

Looks to be a disc plow. Only ones I have been around are bottom plows for an old Farmall and a semi-mount. Will the disc style even use colters?

@Sawdust Man

i think you def need more weight lol

I concur, either more weight needs added to the rear of the tractor or Sam needs to be eating more cheeseburgers.

Probably slow down a bit maybe.

I have never pulled one like that, I have just pulled moleboard plows.

Looks to be doing an ok job, I don’t see any rocks & the soil looks decent.

I detest pulling implements with a loader on.

If that’s a quick detach bucket maybe drop it off to see if that helps with weight balance.

I always run the loader lower to the ground if I have to use a loader tractor on an implement.
