Flexzilla and Metabo/Hitachi? Inch and a half roofing nails for the rafter plates? Is that just because of the length or does the larger head give you a better hold? Had to stop for a minute and take a pict tonight as well.

Metabo gun shooting 2" ring-shank siding nails, I don't much like roofing nails for gussets because they seem like they are easy to pull out vs siding nails.
Tom decided to use the zip board this time in case it gets rained on before we get the roof on, as it's more water resistant than regular osb.

Few more minutes of lunch before back on the truck. May need an extra pill for the blood pressure today. Idiot dispatcher thought that moving Joplin bulk from a route will less stops and packages to me was a wonderful idea. Told him I wasn't fixing any of his stupidity today and didn't care what businesses got missed. Four more Christmases for delivery, lets hope I make it. Youngest has band concert on Thursday night and I am trying to decide if I am even going in to work since it is his last one.

Are they in the same school we went to? Mine has a concert Thursday also.

Yep, at the high school at 6:00. If I get a day like today I will make it to it in time, but I'm not holding my breath. He skipped his junior year and is graduating early so all this senior stuff is happening fast. I upset him because I didn't like his score on the automotive section of the ASVAB. Told him he should know about it considering the amount of fixing on all the cars around here I do. He still smoked the rest of the senior class on top score though.

Apparently looks like the high adjustment on my carburetor for my ms260 pro, broke, snapped in the middle of the screw.


I am looking for options on replacement. It was a Walbro WTE 743. I would prefer not to have to deal with a limiter cap on the new one.

Made it home for a few minutes to let the dogs run and then back out the concert. Good program tonight. Always look forward to the jazz band portion of the program. Kids have a lot of fun with it.
