In the past I have bought a few things and then have some one ask me "Now that you own it, WHAT IS IT"
My reply some times is "I DON"T KNOW, THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT IT".
Some one really torqued the end to tweak it like that. Mebbe it's some sort of internal spanner wrench. Uses the square part for a wrench to turn it. I keep thinking barrel bung plugs but they are blind holes.
Keep us posted (PLEASE).
