28f to 63f. Plants are definitely showing some hurt. Yeah, I should be done prepping veggies/tomatoes for freezer storage. Except for the couple of potted peppers that made their way to the garage for the chill-out.

I got a hind quarter still in the freezer that needs out before deer season.

Debone and split into more manageable sizes and then smoke? I can make that happen.

Got the 5”- 6” stuff tossed in one wagon.

56° for the morning now. Bouncing 50's-60's to 80's next few days and through next week according to guessers. Long range forecast for the 25th is 40's to highs in the 60's so fire pit weather in the morning.
