I have his phone number now and thought about sending the picts to him but this is more fun in the open forum so others can see his torment. On a serious note how many would like to have just a day to get together and eat and visit? Not worrying about saws or working. Hoping to get real electric on the shop in next two weeks and get some more shelving set up this week. I could setup my clay thrower and I have a car in the field if some would like to do some siting in up to 400 yards or so.

Timing is going to be main thing. Birthday's mid October and November, Halloween and Thanksgiving. Possibly Nov 1 or 8 if I can get things going around here? Breakfast for those who want to show up early and going on into lunch? Prior to gun season for deer so those who don't have an easy place to shoot can get in a little siting in? Little bit of everything on the menu, whatever people want to bring? I still have about 40lbs of hamburger in the freezer and will be getting more this week, probably tomorrow. Beef ribs, pork tenderloin and a couple packages of boston butts as well.

Nov 1st is a bust for me. Boy has a parade at one of the local little towns. How are people looking for Nov. 8th? We can put it off until after Thanksgiving if that would work out better.

Made it home from GBATS, wow what an incredible time.

Only 2 drawbacks, it was HOT Saturday afternoon.

And smoking allowed in the Hotel lobby because it’s attached to the Casino sucks.

If you have never been there in person you need to go at least once.

There used to be a BMW motorcycle rally this time of year in Bland. It was nice riding down there except for the last time when it was snowing by the time I got home. The Falling Leaf Rally turned into the Falling Snow Rally for me.

At first I was thinking just a handy junk transporter in fair condition for a very reasonable price, but now I'm seeing dollar signs with that stock rack on it.......
Gonna haul a few pigs to the BILs place, then we'll see what happens.

I didn't make it all the way into town as the trailer was 10 minutes south.

Now, I've never been on a motorcycle.....but I'm pretty sure snow and bikes shouldn't be enjoyed at the same time....
