Both chuck full of very nice goodies.
I pretty much stole em......
Definitely a winner.
I gave $20 or $40, can't remember right now, for my roll around one. Someone else had bought it for the tools and didn't have room to load it. Offered it to me and I jumped at it. Bought a cattle trailer and gave $20 for a Rockwell-Delta table saw as well.

Good prices 👍

I gave 30 for the table saw, and 70 a pop for the loaded tool boxes.

Would love to find a nice shape Wilton bullet vise. They are supposed to be a thing of beauty.
They are.
I've owned upwards of 100 of them, always kinda hate to sell em but..... good grief, they bring crazy money on ebay.

Do a quick ebay search for "baby Wilton vise".....

The best place to find decent deals on Wiltons in really nice condition is maintenance shops at industrial plant liquidation auctions.......in my experience.

I once bought a "perpetual motion machine" at that type of auction.......it didn't work.....

I think that was the last auction I went to. Gave $17 each for the mics as well. Been several years now.

Another nice day forecast today starting at 61° to mid 80's. May make some apple turnovers for lunch today, need to get out some puff pastry for that and pick some apples. Wood and hay hauling and cleaning up for day of fishing for tomorrow. Brother is on vacation this week as well and is supposed to be on Stockton tomorrow as well with some of his buddies. Got Thursday and Friday open if anyone wants a boat ride.

Great price on the
Mitutoyo micrometers & the box.

Too darn hot to be messing with firewood.

Allegedly supposed to be 85* here thru the week. I wonder how many combine fires there will be ?

Lots of beans will be cut this week.

Grandkids will be going home tonight.

I should be able to sleep thru the night…

Grandma needs to start saying “NO “ when the girls ask.

I really only went for the 20 foot gooseneck trailer. Gave $3500 for it, good floor and new tires, wheels and bearings. They were doing some strange type of auction for the land, not sure if I remember how it worked.

Beautiful day out already. Increase of the herd by one yesterday, been waiting on that cow for two weeks already. Thought she would be the first this fall as big as she was. Might be culling this mama, had a dwarf last year and not looking good this year. Calf in front is 5 days older than hers and already outgrowing it. Calf eats and acts healthy but just not growing the way I would expect. Still have her last year calf (pink tag) that is half the size of the 6 month old ones. If I can get things going and we do a food fest for Thomas I may have to throw it in the back of someones truck as a door prize.
Somebody say food fest???

45f to 80f for todays forecast.

Did some tool repair yesterday, dry sander twisted off the backing pad and wouldn't twist off without a relief cut being added down one side, and then the threads needed cleaning up for the new pad to spin on. Hopefully good for another 10 or so years, yea right . . .
