Wood ducks eat ok..


Merganser not so much.

I've not enjoyed duck every time I've tried it.
Probably cooked wrong.

Doubtful, my dogs won’t eat ducks (mallard, teal or wood ) or Canadian or Snow geese.

That’s good enough for me, I seen them chew on old dead carcasses but wont even think about waterfowl so there must be something not tasty about them.

You musta had that combo in military. That's the only place that group of flavors has been combined for peeps to consume. How else wood you know that flavor?

No military service, but I grew up dirt poor so have sustained on some pretty awful stuff.

I just had some awesome duck a couple days ago in Columbia. They called it crispy duck.

Domestic Duck is pretty good..
Waterfowl is only edible in some circumstances. I don't usually have those circumstances.

Just busy yesterday. Busted tail at work to head straight to the high school for spring concert. Didn't get home until after 9 last night. Easy to spot my youngest. He sticks out like a sore thumb. Jazz band is always fun to listen to.
