That is an amazing find! As our alaskan friend would say: good on ya. I'm sure I am not the only contributor to this forum that is interested in the story of how it came to live with u?

I had 1.14” this morning around 9:15, it rained for another hour. I will check out the gauge when I get home. My folks south of me had .50” & my buddy Chase north only had .50” also.

We didn't get nothing.....oh well, it's still pretty moist down a couple feet.
I've been digging with the backhoe and the nasty Ozark clay is wet enough it's almost sticking in the bucket.

Thats #10

Sent from Hoskey Hills

It’s pretty much year round here also, my youngest brother has those big bumpers with brush guards on all three of his pickups.

At 6:30 this morning I was in the shed & heard some thunder it was brewing up a rain in the west. I haven’t been home all day so no idea if I had much at home but it’s showered off/on all day while I was cutting hedge posts, I had to retreat to the pickup 3 times. It maybe amounted to .10”.

I got 1 more load of firewood & counted 150 posts, I will likely cull about 15 that I don’t like the looks of.
