Managed to piece together the entire PTO side of the MS250 by digging thru boxes of saved misc.

Still short a chain brake cover and clutch cover.

Maybe a fellow midlander has those??

Got my choice of .325” or 3/8” LP. Which would be appropriate?

Modify a Walmart Poulan bar to fit maybe. [emoji848]
If ya do what that 250 likes, you can run either one with some wow factor.
They’re good units..

I think the 250 is the most underrated saw in Stihls line. I'd put the Picco chain on it. My 200t rips with the Picco chain!

Good morning y'all

Scored a clutch cover and .325” x 16” from Jeffs Small Engines.

Starts runs, cuts and idles good. Jets on the Zama turned up against the stops.

Going to leave the muffler and carb as is. Stihl snobs are so anal about engine mods.

If you say ‘opened up the muffler’ they beat feet to their car and gone. [emoji23]

In the thirty years I worked at Wire Rope we had one fatality.

I think that was fairly good in a plant where most every machine could gobble you up and spit you out in small chunks.

Lost lots of fingers and some toes. Only one leg as I recall.

I don’t like any of those posts…
Road diesel is $3.79 here
E-10 is $3.39
E-85 is $2.69
No idea what non-ethanol premium is.
I told our customers that the price was going up by probably $.02 bushel, nobody complained.

I sure could go for some mean tweets & $1.79 gas

Their mean tweets complaints calls to mind the old saying, "Hit dog yelps the loudest".
