Why do tree guys have so much trouble with good running saws? Can you imagine a pilot having trouble with a good running plane? I don’t get it

Good morning!
Got around 3 cords of ash and locust to split and stack. Been hand-splitting the ash as it's faster than using the splitter. The tree service guy that I pick up my wood from struggles with having good running/cutting saws. He'd never heard of Efco's so I brought my 962 for him to try. It was funny to see the look on his face after the first cut.

One of the big tree services in Springfield, started buying super fuel mixed 40:1 from the oil and octane shop by the drum.. guy said saw replacement went down by 75%..

Big Nate has hauled several loads out of here this past month. Anywhere from 12 to 14 ton each. Amish have no vehicles so he hauls the wood to them for a fee.

Been there done that. We sold at least 100k feet to the amish north of here last year....it was good when we caught them at the mill. But every once in a while we had to unload them ourselves with the amish power tool, the can't hook!

Our weather f’ing sucks...

We’re either drowning, or burning up...

Seems no in between.. I like a dry spell, but we can’t seem to find a happy medium.. this may be why everyone went to cattle 30 years ago.

Good evening Gentlemen!
It has finally started raining here.
We have been needing it.

Today we had services at church again.
Had to hold off for two weeks because it would appear I caught the China virus.
I only get a cold about once a year. I cannot remember the last time i was this sick.
Finally back to normal now.
Hopefully I can start catching up on work this week.
