Been working on that big ash that fell during the heavy rain.Got most of it worked up,down to the bad part now.It is up in some small trees ten feet or so up in the air,havnt decided what to do with it yet.That is great about Levi Matt,he has really done good.I saw in the paper there district was today.A kid at church throws to,he is from Jasper.

Maybe. We were more focused on weights than actual track and field. It was just pushed on us for the other sports

Had district meet today..
Levi came home with a gold in the discus, and javelin.
A bronze in the shot put and 4x100 relay..

Hannah and I came home with a sun burn.

Pretty damn neat accomplishment.

I know the season is over here but Sam needs some coaching in the discus. I would like to find him some meets to throw over the summer. He has no interest in the shot put, but I have been encouraging him to do it anyway.

That's good for 2 meets or so.
And he's welcome to come up here and get some instruction any time.
