Took the screen and metal filter mount off and bolted the carb on by itself. It's touching the ground plate it's just not working

Morning everybody. Phone says 2 degrees here this morning. It's colder than a witch's t*t. Reminds me of a cartoon I saw in Playboy when I was a kid. (Who didn't look at Playboy when they were a teenager, or younger) . A witch was in the doctors office, partially disrobed

Went out to plug the truck in and let the wimpy dogs out of the shop.
With the sun out and standing out of the wind, it's pretty nice!
I just wish we wouldn't have got this *s-wordty white sky barf with it.
