You got to be persistent Mike.

Stihl valve made a world of difference in the start up.

The Asian valve bleed off too much compression to start reliably on choke.

He be ready for C'list.

Working on a Deere 55v I can't get it to pull fuel. Runs on prime and idles on prime. Fuel line is open, metering lever is correct height. New carb kit. What am I doing wrong?

On some hard cases I've been known to raise the lever height a touch. Like 1/64" or so.
