Who makes the Best homeowner grade cheap zero turn mower.?

used commercial mower off Craigslist with less than 1500 hr on original engine.

I don't even put 2 hours a week on a mower. For perspective, what I'm looking for is the lawn mower equivalent of an MS180.. lol.
