Well, apparently 87mph is frowned on in Kentucky…

The good news is that my wife was flapping her gums at me about & she got a seatbelt that cost more than my driving award. 😂

My son has had a pretty good chuckle about that.
87mph! what were you driving?

Good Morning friends

2022 Ford Edge, it got a tick over 21mpg so I am pretty happy. I am just happy that fella wasn’t on the Illinois side …

Obviously there is no speed limit in Tennessee or Georgia. I saw a trooper get passed in Tennessee by a fella going over 80, I followed him to Mount Eagle Pass.

Coming into Atlanta if you weren’t running 85-90 you were in danger of causing a pile up. It is a madhouse.

My only ticket was in the wife’s ford edge.

Good morning speeders....and other outlaws.

I've had two speeding tickets in almost 30 years, one at 65 in a 55 in so. Cal. the other 35 in a 25 coming into some dinky noplace town in Kansas......(with a bored cop).

28/41 clouds and a bit of sun.

Yep, this one & my wife’s 2014 both settle in around 80 or better just cruising.

The 2022 has some sensor that slows it down when it senses another car while the cruse is set. The cruise never gets set when I drive because I would never get any where. I have had it slow down to around 55-60 on the interstates before.

Right hand door kit is an extra $430 currently. No aftermarket that I can find. Used to be $320 but they changed the part number and you can't find any of the older kits.

Yes, that no right hand door sucks. My brothers 7410, 8300 & 8400, Dads 8420; none of them have right side doors or even windows that open.

Neither of my buddy Chase’s 7810’s have a right hand opener.

It’s a total PIA.

Yes. 2003 ALH 5 speed and just hit 250000 miles on it Friday. Average 47.5MPG still yet.

Delorean, he was trying for 88 so they couldn't catch him.

Wife has a Honda. No noise, no rattles, no shake. Oh *s-word, gotta slow down.

@Only the Tony

Those ALH motors are awesome!

Between it an a 12v 5.9 Cummins we could have fuel efficient cars and trucks if the GOV and EPA would let us.

Throw in a Toyota HiLux to bridge the gap in between.

My old Passat has the CKRA and it gets 39-41mpg all year round. Doesn’t seem to care if it’s in town or interstate.
