I have both 1/2" and 3/8" milwaukee flavored devices. High torque and mid torque respectively. You would be surprised at how much you would use the 3/8" with a set of impact sockets. That's a dandy!
We don't have any need for something that huge, but I've been thinking about getting a 1/2" cordless impact.
Been talking to a friend about hitting a local creek I haven't been to in a few years. Caught some decent ones from it in the past.View attachment 438892
MoDoC stocked the Everyday pond on MoWest campus today. Give us geezers something to do. Flashy spoons work good.

One will need a chainsaw to get thru the ice Feb. 1st.View attachment 438911
Just looked it up and Everyday pond is showing catch and release only until Jan 31.
I get an email from Oklahoma wildlife and they are not stocking their winter trout areas until Dec. 1. Low water and temperatures would kill the trout before they could be fished. One will need a chainsaw to get thru the ice Feb. 1st.
I’m actually surprised they stocked it this year as it’s been so warm and the Everyday pond is 6 foot low.
I haven’t looked at Krug Park lagoon yet.
Yup batteries are the expensive part. Whenever there was a "sale" on batteries it was stock up on a couple more @ half price or 2 ferView attachment 438949

@Sawdust Man All major brands make these anymore. Best just to pick ones that you are already invested in the battery line.
I never did an assessment of how many cords were made. Any guesses?Had a good time at Rebekah’s yesterday and today. Was good to see friends again, too. The main thing is she has plenty of firewood now.
