Looks to be a good day weather-wise to get some painting done. May as well since the shed got pressure washed yesterday.

Brisket is on the smoker.

It’ll be there for 6 hrs at 225

Then on a rack in a roaster at 200 for the rest of the day. I won’t slice it up till 5 or 6 tonight.

If it were a thick one, I’d smoke it most of the day and put it in the oven overnight at 190.

It all depends how much fat ya got to render. And or eat.

Ours was a very small cloud/storm that made a "precision strike" and got us pretty good.

Siding and caulking progressed very well till the rains chased us away Thursday mid afternoon.

Another hour or 2 and the replacement siding would have been in place.

However there will still be a bit of soffit and facia work, and the PAINTING !

Roof panels went up on Friday along with a radiant barrier. Working on windows, walk in door and bottom trim. Hope to get a lot knocked out before the crew shows back up on Tuesday.

Set it at 225 at 8 this morning till they reach 205 +or - . The small shoulders are 180 the big hams are 160 just checked them
