Amazon package went from one depot in TX to another, then back to 1st before heading to Kentucky well southeast of me. Prolly going to earth city n of St Louis before coming back down this way

Sold the boat and kept the fish??

Actually offered him the fish so I wouldn't have to clean them in the cold. He drove 3 hours to meet up and I wanted him to run it on the lake first. I'll give them to my parents and they can have them for supper one day next week.

But at least it didn’t get overdone.

I deep fried those pork chops.
Cut em 1” thick, coat em in rub and fry to 140ish.

Any more and they can get a little dry.
