All the fields I drove by Saturday have been cut around Topeka. Of course I noticed a few more than normal that went corn on corn this year.

Maybe half done around here. Another half last night. Gonna be cutting on the 4th!

That was bout 2 hours ago and rain actually is here now 11 or so miles from where pic was taken

It has not stopped raining since last Friday night.
Algae growing in the driveway and on exposed surfaces.
We were at 6” of rainfall as of Tuesday, not sure where we at now.
The corn that was well dried out and 3-4’ tall when this *s-word started seems to be faring well, everything else is starting to drown.

A bit over 5" here south of Bismarck about 3 miles as crow flies. Creek finally up an inch or so shows ground is reaching saturation around here

Them tall weeds concealed the hazard.

Loooooong time ago deer hunting, bounced thru a ditch four foot wide and near eight foot deep in my truck. Just happened to land on the gas when I came down from the ceiling. 1/2 ton 4x4 Chevy.

Walked a half mile toting 2 x 10’s to get us back across.

Weeds were up past the hood.

Wasn’t a week later in the same area watched two fellows in a small Toyota drive down the same dirt track. They got stuck big time. All that stuck up from the trench was the bed.

No. While I've got a lot of 10 series saws, they're all multiples. I still need a 1-10, 3-10, 4-10 and a 5-10. And from what I understand, the last two are hens teeth.
