Evening all! I bucked, split and racked some Hedge today. Not much, about 3/4 cord, but it was something. Had a neighbor come by wanting to buy 3.5 cords of mixed from me, but I've only got one available for Him right now, I might be able to muster two, we'll see. It depends on how quickly I can get out to a friend's ranch, and get some non-Hedge, as he doesn't want more than 50% Hedge, due to it being an air tight boiler. Apparently he develops clinkers running straight Hedge. That Super Split is a hell of a splitter though!

Got both pumps replaced. Hope I don't have to do that again. I'd rate that right up there with replacing a transmission, which I abhore doing.
Now, where's my Tylenol.
Well, had to crawl back under it again today. Both pumps working fine, but not getting to the frame pump (this has 3 fuel pumps. 1 in each tank, pusher pumps. And the high pressure pump on the frame rail. ) 2 lines from each tank into a junction resevoir/filter. Turns out this junction is also the valve for which tank operates. No wires, no vacuum lines operate it. After finding a YouTube video on it, it made sense how it operated. Tank pump pressure pushes the internal valves to allow fuel to flow onward to the pressure pump. This truck has been sitting for 10 years and valve assembly got stuck. Anyway, I got it back working. Truck runs great.
