They're saying the heavy freezing is gonna hurt the wheat! We could actually use some moisture.

Once the wheat hits flag leaf stage, any temps under 28 will cause damage.. I’ve seen a 19 degree night turn a really nice field into wilted lettuce.
The younger the plant, the more frost tolerant.
We’re flirting with that 28 mark here, not good.

Since I can’t seem to find a coil that bolts in this [emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji2959] MS250 I looked for the flywheel that is paired to the coil that came with the carcass. According to the IPL.

Hit BIN on a 1123 400 1207 flywheel. [emoji1696]

Push comes to shove, I’ll take a Swiss pattern file to the 1123 400 1203 flywheel I have and advance the chit out of it.

I will make this MF run. [emoji2955]

After careful study of the Stihl MS250 IPL I discovered that the Easy Start uses a special coil coupled with a special flywheel and a different chassis/crankcase than the normal 250.

All that is so the incredibly weak Easy Start will turn the freaking thing over. Spark retarded at cranking speed and such.

Chassis has a bump and altered bolt pattern to prevent the regular coil from being installed on the Easy Start saw.

Them Krauts are a devious bunch. *a-holes!

Tip:

Kick all Easy Start and Quick Adjust saws to the curb.
