Prepping for supper tomorrow night:


Center cut pork loin with Strawberry's seasoning, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Vacuum seal it for 24 hours, and then slow cook it on the grill at about 225F.

14 degrees with a 7 mph breeze and a beautiful snow! It's not a wet snow, but it's still something. We can sure use it.

When I got to the rig this morning it was 19 with 4 windchill. Chasing an intermittent low power issue. Think I solved it today. Have to run the cord from the cab and sit the laptop on the cab to watch while he drills so we don’t muck up the fiber optic cable....
