So far, I like it pretty good. There's a definite learning curve over a conventional grill, and this is the first smoker I've ever owned. I haven't really made anything bad on it yet, but I have over cooked a few things. We bought the Pro 22. I didn't look at the Louisiana, but it looks real similar, and maybe has a few more features for the same money. Looks like a real nice piece of gear. We bought the Traeger because we could get it locally from Ace Hardware.

Well today was a very special day, Brenda and I attended the ceremony for our very own Brandon (Gritz)
for his re upping for the Army and his promotion to E7 SFC ! Held at the Liberty Memorial WWI here in KC.
I am very proud not only of him and his family but also to be able to have him as a Great Friend!
