Levi brought me home a 50# bag of oak smoker pellets..

They spent 2 days in Mtn View at Smith hardwoods, installing 2 grain vacs but for sawdust collection instead of grain. Guess they have found a way to Pelletize the byproduct of making hardwood flooring.

I swore off of them and got rid of all the leftovers. Mufflers and air filter covers being the major issues.

I am on the trail of a pellet smoker. I have been looking hard. There is one made in SE MO that I like. It does cost more and has less features but looks well made; and made in USA.
