The whole boot is all new except for the upper which is the part where the eyes are and the tongue in the front under the laces. New insole, outsole, and everything in between. I had worked concrete in these b4 I sent them off and ended up with concrete around the steel toe and they wouldn't move. So def worth the money instead of throwing them away.

Poulan backpack blower ppbp30 wont start. Got air, got spark, primer works. It will cough and run with the prime but wont start. Removed and cleaned carb; it was spotless internally. Thinking diaphragm a little stiff so could prolly use rebuild kit. Rebuild kit costs same as new AM carb. Cleaned fuel filter and even tried without filter. Even replaced seemingly squishy fuel line that really wasnt soft. Couldnt check compression with gauge cause plug is small and i have no adapter. Checked it with my thumb over spark plug hole and did feel some compression. Unfortunately i havent had my thumb calibrated in a while.
Seen where others have used AM with good results. Getting to be leaf blowing season soon.
Posted this in two other places on ope but got no responses so decided to try my home boys.
Any comments or recommendations

It's a bit of a long shot, buy you might double check that the timing is right.
A sheared key can still give spark, but wont ignite the fuel.

Hey now that you mention that had that happen to my weedeater once. Was cutting heavy brush and shut it down and wouldn't start back. Finally found sheared flywheel key.

Yes, but they are not water proof...i'd still like to try a pair but at $5-600 I can buy a few pairs of other brands.
I'm in 2-6" of water most days of the week at work. As long as you keep them greased properly they are water proof. But they will get wet if you dont grease them .

I have found that the comfort of a quality boot is way better than multiple pairs of lower quality boots.
I have just gotten too lazy to wear my Whites since I've been doing desk work...

These rebuilt were way easier to break in that a new pair. Were broke back in within a couple hours.

Young Bishop is slipping. I stopped in their today to get a loop of that new husky chain. I get home and open the box and its Husqvarna labeled LPX.

After a phone call he said he'll call me when he gets more in.

This rebuild was more extensive than normal. They had to add patches to be able to stitch the uppers back on but normally is about $210-230 this time cost me $301 shipped. New price for this pair is about $536. They have cheaper ones that are comparable to red wings but these are entirely hand built. They r the best no question.
