The bees can be expensive to remove, and a real pain if they ever get in there.
An ounce of prevention is worth about 20 lbs of cure.

We have had .4” this week, lots of lightning & thunder but it goes south or north. I’m not sure what has caused more of a bluster, the little bit of wind, thunder & lightning or all the hot air the guessers throw out about severe storms & heavy rain we are supposed to get. They can’t find their own a**’s with both hands. I am planning on having a back to school fire for the nieces & nephews/birthday party for our grandson Sat. night weather guessers have upped us to 60% chance for rain now. We were at 80% last night & got a sprinkle so I guess they were kinda sorta right.

Yes capped it off. Also sealing the inside. Plan to put up a fake fireplace. We have wood boiler heat so just tell Google Home to turn up the nest thermostat. Anyone want a corn/wood pellet fireplace insert?

Fire did get rid of the bees. Been 9 months with no more bees.

Tasted like prime rib..

Mint jelly was too much weirdness..
Couldn’t taste the meat, so left it on the side.
Not that it was bad, just too sweet and minty.
