Good morning, Gentlemen!
Heading east this morning...
Heading east this morning...
Tastes like steak...
Literally..
Eh, I think it worked out to about $4.00 per pound total..
Define “cheaper”...
Plates a little on the small side, isn't it?
Guys at work thought it was beef tenderloin.
Trimmed it up, sprinkled Cavender’s on it, and grilled it hot as I could till medium rare. How did you season it? Marinate in something or just add some seasonings to it? It looks tasty.
Someone told me the meat cutter is an important part of the equation..Nice.
The only lamb I've seen for sale local is chops and what they ask for it I could get a ribeye roast cheaper.
Now I want to talk my cousin in to raising some lamb next year.
