3.0 standard fuel was run in the morning. They had me, on the board, at 8th place. Listed that way all day. Now, in this picture, my time, placement and points have been erased.
5.1 and up standard fuel I had a time of 9.25. Now look at the 9th and 10th place times. How did those times beat mine?
Did I do something wrong?
With that being said, I still had a lot of fun yesterday and I won't be a sore loser. I'm happy with my accomplishments.

We need to figure out how to wind that 390 tighter..

For cold start they need to clean up quick!!

I do know the 346 payed down a good time in the 3ci alky class, but got 2nd to a very hot little 026 on nitro. Mel Lentz was running it I think.

I'm not sure but I think it's got a limited coil on it. If it does, I think there is an unlimited one available for it.

Typical run lean on 50:1. Piston/rings are toasted. Cylinder would clean up but a China top end is cheap. [emoji108]

So this was not a backwoods event..

It is a Stihl sanctioned event. Some of the less well known guys go there trying to earn points to qualify for the big shows. Mel Lentz is a legend though. Last time I went, he won the “manual” events.
