3/8” x .063” x 70 dL. 25 degree cutter angle. Full skip.

Looks square filed.

Ripping chain?
Yes that is square ground chain. Wish I had 063 bar.

Ripping chain is 10°-0° angle comp. Tho that is what I was using on my ms-460 with 42" or 50" or 60" bar. Madden's sent a reel to me for $200 less than Stihl. Tho I have not dusted mine with brass powder

Yeah, looks more like scrap iron to me. Maybe it was broken by someone famous. [emoji6]

The horn is the more important part for fabricator use. Cylinders or funnel make is easier. Place that helped me learn had some rolled paper mallets. 4 1/2-5" diameter heads with wire wrap near both ends. Those were a dream for forming light guage sheet metal. Made WPA type of thing, had been in Gov't storage til late 70's. Came out in auction, and nobody else new a use

That's a weird loop. 70dl is common on a D176 bar and those are usually 050.

Lotsa odd from that batch.

I made a race chain today, from this one you sent me.

The rakers are totally different and there’s machine marks on the cutters.

Old I’m guessing..

3/8” x .050” x 89dl chipper.

Excepting for the dirt, looks never used. [emoji15]

And, another loop .404” x .063” x 96dl full skip, chisel. [emoji848] Looks brand new. Stihl branded.

Morning midlanders!

Getting some light rain in River City. [emoji106]

Too late and too little to do much good. [emoji57]
IKR??

But at least the beans can capitalize on it. So thankful for that. What there is of em out there.

Corn is done, grass is crispy, and will take a few days of rain and cooler temps to revive.

Light rain this morning till about noonish. Not enough to make it through the trees though. Still dry under them.
