Inline 4. The 2019 Silverado is reported to be using magnesium, carbon fiber, and also ultra high strength steel in the bed.

Local certified mechanic/tire guy/farmer says its easier to lift the body off of the frame than pull the engine on some trucks. For spark plugs I think. I seen the body up and had to ask why is the body off the frame.

You have to take the hydraulically controlled carbon wing and upper body off and drain the 18 plugs for the oiling system. Two paper air filters, a paper cartridge oil filter and 16 quarts of 50wt oil... so how much of that $21k is labor?

Tools needed included a 5/8” dia x 24” rocker foot bar and a 1 x 2 x 24”.

The linkage ‘snaps’ together with a lot of encouragement.
