You might find the echo tree saws are good ones. But the 200T is in a class all its own. I have two of those and a 200 rear handle, all eBay finds with low hours. Pain to work on, and I had to replace the carbs on two of them, which was a manufacturing defect for some of them. 14" bar and that pro chain (Kenneth knows the ID numbers for it) are great in a tree.

I also have 2 older Echo arborist saws in the gray plastic, a CS360T and an even older CS301T. The 360 has a fuel leak. The top case has a hairline crack somewhere around where the handle attaches to the case. Previous owner has some epoxy smeared around that area. Its either seeping or the crack has got bigger. I'm going to clean it, rough it up a little, and smear it with JB Weld.

I've never used these saws. I always take my Stihl 200T instead.

This stuff beats JB Weld when sealing any type of fuel leak. It is designed to seal petroleum products. I've used it on my Dad's 1973 Dodge 3/4 ton to seal everything from the fuel tank to the washer fluid reservoir. None of the repairs have failed yet. Cheap, too.

I'm telling ya Steve..
You better go take a bat or golf club to him before its mating season..
Yer Avalanche may end up on one of those farmers insurance commercials.

I know Matt. My neighbor moved his black truck into the garage because of this guy. I watched him and six hens chase a deer across the back side of the property the other day. The poor deer didn't know what to think about being ganged up on by 7 turkeys. [emoji28]

Other than online where might this be had?

Lots of places carry it. I've even found it at dollar General. Only problem I've ever found with it is it doesn't seem to stay good very long after you've opened the tube.

I'll look for this instead. Thanks.

Trying not to get my hopes up for an early spring and then get let down. But today I saw a Cricket, heard a bunch of Peepers, my tulips have broke ground, and the sun was shining. I'm liking all of that.

Tomorrow should even be dry enough to get out to my splitting pile and get some wood stacked up next to the boiler. I'm literally down to 14 pieces of split, burnable wood. After all of the wood cutting I did after my lay off, I can't believe I cut it this close. Ahhh....good times. It all works out in the end, don't it? :zplayita:

Saw season is on!
I got two saw “briefcases” today for ten dollars each at TSC. Last two. Wish for one more. Now I can use the Mother Ship for tree jobs and keep it cleaner. Pretty snazzy. I looked, and they're thirty bucks each online. Well made, sturdy plastic bottom.

Starting to feel a bit better, did a bit of work outside today. Spring is coming!

I think I have a tube of this lying around. Thanks for the tip!
