Yes through little red barn, 82cc model not the 77cc. Every once in a while you may find one on ebay.Is the SXL-925 piston available?
Awesome!scored this super 650 today when I was out on a service call, havent messed with it yet, but I am about to!!!
I also found a shaft lying next to the muffler on the table and I don't know where it ended up under the starter housingView attachment 445471View attachment 445472View attachment 445473
Made some spacers out our stainless pipe for the muffler bolts, not paying 6 $ a shoulder bolt.
Made a spark screen out of stainless.
$200 is a good deal.the ole 650 fires off with a prime, and has a mean sound to it, but it wont stay running, so I'm not sure what I am going to do with this saw, or even why I bought it, but I had to ask about it when I saw it today, I paid $200 for it, I think it would probably sell for that if I needed to sell it

started to remove the carb and noticed the boot is rotten, so I put it back together and ordered a carb kit and a new boot, I will get back to it when parts show, but so far this saw appears to be in good shape and oughta clean up nicely. The fact it has most of the paint still on it and fires on prime means it probably won't need much to get going. Might be a low hours gem.
Ya boots are pretty typical to need replacing on that series Homelite. I had to replace the boot on the 360 I was working on.started to remove the carb and noticed the boot is rotten, so I put it back together and ordered a carb kit and a new boot, I will get back to it when parts show, but so far this saw appears to be in good shape and oughta clean up nicely.
After a little over a year of looking all over, finally have a good supply of new old stock homelite bars for my CS 900 EVL. No thanks to those goofy light-weight bars on an old muscle saw. Love those old solid bars!

I run skip chain on my 18" bar, customized with five links between each cutter....because sharpening chain just takes too long. And yes, I run this on my Tonka saw...But they're too heavy, you can't whine as much.few more years and people will be wanting plastic bars to go with their plastic saws and candy ass's
