They could have been put in 3 places that I know of, depending on vintage. On the top, late 70s, on the side where the handle is, early mid 70s, early blue ones had it on the bottom of saw.Anyone know where to find SN and UT for a 150 homie?
Also sometimes the tag falls off. If you think the carb is original, the saw can be dated from the carb.Anyone know where to find SN and UT for a 150 homie?
Most of the time either the duckbill is missing, or the lines are crossed if the saw was ever worked on. Since pics are worth 1000 words I've included some.Anyone recall a rebuild thread for the xl2 oiler? Just rebuilt a dumpster find and no evidence that the oiler works. Might just be that its stingy with the oil. Havent done more than a few minutes cutting

Line to square fitting is to pump, goes to bottom of oil tank, (see pic)

the other is impulse line, goes to top of tank. In the oil tank, must have splintered bronze connector and duckbill (see pic)

The rod decided to disappear to parts unknown. Probably eloped with the hdc carb circuit plate screw (which i replaced from a parts carb). Anyone got any theyd part with?
