I've got a double trigger type about like that,no pipe though .These little things were Homelites answer for a mini Mac .About 100 bucks or less back in the day .

Most of them were sold as consumer saws. What few tree trimmers used them got a season ,maybe two .If they faltered they got shelved and they bought a new one .

If everything is working on them they aren't bad for a little itty bitty saw.

Naw milkman. Lol that's my answer to the impulse oiler that was filling the crankcase all the time. It's a manual oiler now.

Got another one of those things in a mag case that's a lot older and has the double trigger on it. I just can't bring myself to drill a hole in it. It's a sweet little saw in good shape. Too good to drill holes in it.

Anyone recall a rebuild thread for the xl2 oiler? Just rebuilt a dumpster find and no evidence that the oiler works. Might just be that its stingy with the oil. Havent done more than a few minutes cutting

The 5th Ed manual has a good section on the oiler rebuild. Some had diaphragm oilers and later models just a pressurized oil tank. Pay close attention and take a few photos of the oil line routing as it is a bit confusing if you don't.
Have a couple of Homelite or Poulan duckbill valves available. I'll PM you a link to the manual incase you don't have a copy.

Trying to disassemble a 150 for cleanung and rebuild. Strange flywheel nut for the flywheel giving me trouble. Thought it prudent to verify which direction to turn to remove. Im figuring CCW. Correct?
Now i see why people dont like this saw. Totally weird configuration. Not difficult, except FW nut, but really different.

Strange the IPL for the UT-10432-A has this note.

Rotor nut has left hand threads. Turn nut to the right to remove.

So would the UT number would needed to verify version you have.

I had the later model c-72 very strong runner. At the end of the day of running it you can scratch your ankle with out bending over, because your arms will stretch out, they are heavy ha ha!. I ran a 28" with 404 on mine.
