I have a 660 i dedicated just for a milling saw ,only failure i have ever had was a snapped crank ,it goes through a tank of fuel milling in about 2-3 hard passes which can be done in 10 min or so ,i run 32 to 1 ,and dual port exhaust to let the heat out .I keep the chain sharp enough the bar does not burn the paint off from heat .I also let the saw idle for a bit after a pass to let it cool down ,here is a mobil 1 plug ,it is wet from idlingI'm not sure how many hours a week you put on your saws milling but how long do they last on 32:1?
