Help me decide 550xp or 545

Whats the point of the transfers covers?

On these models I believe the trans covers are the same.

yep and 545 is cheaper and im not so crazy about the grey and orange on the xp models.

It's more about the all orange paint, power too close to call & lower price. I sure wouldn't turn down a 550xp though.

You really can't go wrong with either saw. If you can't decide, get a 346 and have it ported, problem solved!

I had water and ice in the YETI in my truck and the next day I looked in there and the ice was still there

Deleted the gasket but the gasket is pretty thick on these at .026. That put me @ .011 so I cut the top until I was @ .020. I put the transfers and exhaust back to factory height and cleaned the transfer factory castings up and added alil strato duration, (top edge of the bottom piston window), back to account for the drop and then raising the transfers back up which changed the fuel to strato ratio. Ill have to look at my notes to get the #s Numa
