I've heard that for every 5 saws you have ported by @Mastermind you get a hog rent-free for a day. I believe the typical deposit is a sand-cast Poulan (a Wild Thing encrusted with sandbox sand will do), and the std. rate is $100 per day.

This is a well thought out post. Repped.

I ran three big saws that were on my radar and two not.
They were all impressive.

My one saw sucked. Needs a carb kit or sumtin. H is wondering like a drunk sailor... pia.

500I 36" sweet
Other 500I shorter bar sweet
My 200T fast but not right. It's sold. Tomorrow is carb time.
Tims 7910 fast
Jawneys stroker, pain... I see pain in Coles future.
No mistakes with it.
Pure beast.

Some healthy breathers there.
I tried some other strong redhead work saws and two were in two flavors. Like twins, almost ;)
Dwaynes little orange saw is mean and fast.

My 084 ran good on a 10p skip 28" roller nose.
DDave tested it for me first.
I made three cuts on the ground... no chaps.

Dall's 026 is fun and very fast.

I talked to Dave yesterday. He said he ran Kenny's 084 and that it ran well. It isn't a ported saw, nor does he know what all Kenny did to it. I've not seen a build thread or any pictures of or about the saw. Dave said Ken bought some parts for it from him. Aside from that....who knows?

He also said Ken acted different. More put together than he had seen before. Maybe the guy wants to take building saws serious, and I blew it out of the water for him. There's still time to fix this.

I'm still waiting for those pictures of his work. He's found time to post two long posts about how unfairly I've treated him, but he's answered nothing such as; why was he trolling new members for work in private? Did @71dart send him a saw to port that he never returned? Yeah....I'm still curious about that.

I've not banned him. I've not altered anything he has posted. He is still here, and still has an opportunity to put up. The window on the time he has is closing though. I'm not gonna allow him to post about me, but not to me much longer.

I'm not asking for anything unusual, or unreasonable. If the man wants to sell saws here.....he simply have to put up some detailed threads outlining his work so people can decide if they want to deal with him. There's nothing about working on a saw that should be a heavily guarded secret that I've ever seen.

I thought I read in the last PA gtg that he had brought some saws there. Could be wrong though. Maybe an 084 and a 200t. Anyone run them if that was the case?
I ran a 066 he brought that he mills with it is the one with a long pipe connected to the muffler
I do not know if it is ported or not
It didn’t run bad
But I can’t add anything more than that because I don’t know if it is ported or not

Been awhile since I have navigated this fine forum and I submit to you my (small) contribution. I purchased this 600sx with factory 27" b&c new about a year ago for the firewood biz. Didn't need anything extravagant .....just wanted a nice solid work saw massaged over. Muff mod, tuning, no decomp, and very little if any machine work. Wanted somebody local and accessible.....oh and maintaining one's voicemail box is a plus too. Got hold of Ken and about 2 weeks later Voila. So is on its 15th tank now and I am very satisfied. My two cents.....btw filter from NS.
