I'll try and contribute but it may not help.

He also said Ken acted different. More put together than he had seen before. Maybe the guy wants to take building saws serious, and I blew it out of the water for him.
I have nothing to compare to, this was the first time I'd met Kenny. After the GTG though I shrugged to Kevin and John and said something like "I don't know what all the fuss is about".

We talked some. I'll admit a good portion was over my head. Or maybe around it. Kenny sent me home with some wild foraged mushrooms. Oysters were delicious.
I ran a 066 he brought that he mills with it is the one with a long pipe connected to the muffler
I do not know if it is ported or not
It didn’t run bad
But I can’t add anything more than that because I don’t know if it is ported or not
It ran strong. That was the first 066 I've ran though besides Brad's insane TM job. I've heard Stihl guys are diks.

Confirmed! Wait, that's not my pic is it?

And a good idea on a milling saw. Can't tell if the pipe is thin walled or not though.
Thicker than exhaust pipe but...

Zoom in on end definitely thin wall and has pipe threads in it.
This.

@Lightning Performance I'm with Chris, throw up some pics.

Now......wouldn't it be cool if Kenny rolled into this thread and was like "here's a bunch of stuff I've done you bastard"? "Here's a *s-wordload of pictures of saws I've done and a few before and after videos you old skeptical mfer".

I'd love to see that.

How can that be impossible?

I haven't seen threaded thin wall before. But....I ain't seen it all.
I have seen EMT which is thin wall electrical tubing. IMT is intermediate metallic tubing used for electrical which can be threaded. Looks like sch. 20 tubing.
Years ago when America was about quality products you could find all sorts of stuff in the larger warehouses here in a port city.

So we hold people who want to do business on this forum to a higher standard than the the casual user?

Seems fair.

This forum itself if a business? You have to protect your assets, it can be uncomfortable, but it’s part of life.
