Probably the best deal right now:I’ve been looking at some of that stuff myself
Wow! That is a good deal. I paid $130 for my Woodland PRO set from Bailey's. It came with more punches, spinners, and the measuring gauge.Probably the best deal right now:

*make sure that they include the punches and spinner parts for all of the chains you (might) use

Marshall,Some great info posted so far guys thanks. So now I’m wondering if there’s really no way to measure a bar for chain size because of all the differences how do y’all come to a drive link count when say I put a 20” stihl ES 3/8 x 50 bar on a 372xp using an adapter. Is it just trail and error or I’m I missing something here.
Ahh ok. I was wondering why guys talked about lengthening the slot. That makes sense. ThanksMarshall,
In my experience, the ES stud slot will have to be lengthened 1/2-3/4" towards the bar tip. This will allow for proper travel of the adjuster, and keep the DL count at 72.
Oregon K095/ Windsor CJL/ Carlton 01/ GB UHL....Anybody have the mount pattern for a Dolmar PS-540?

Mount the bar on the saw and measure around the bar and saw sprocket with a piece of electrical wire ( like #14 wire). Then check a chain length chart. There are probably better charts, here is one. Some great info posted so far guys thanks. That great information too bud. I’d imagine that would get you in the ballpark at least. ThanksMount the bar on the saw and measure around the bar and saw sprocket with a piece of electrical wire ( like #14 wire). Then check a chain length chart. There are probably better charts, here is one.
Ray, I just cut a chain loop for a 70-link, 3/8" pitch full chisel and measured it before I connected it up. The length was just under 51.5 inches. I usually count the DL's twice before I cut the chain and make the loop. I still recommend this, but this chart you posted fascinates me.Mount the bar on the saw and measure around the bar and saw sprocket with a piece of electrical wire ( like #14 wire). Yep. Amazing how Ray finds these tables. I've never seen this one published before. I'll check it on other lengths and different chain pitch, but I have a feeling it's on the nose. I used Oregon 72LGX.Wow. That measures out dang close doesn’t it
